RoomTuned (“we”, “our”, “us”) provides acoustic analysis services based on user-submitted audio recordings. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and how we handle it.

- Audio recording of your room

- Session data for functionality and analytics

- Process your room analysis request
- Generate and deliver your acoustic report
- Send your results via email
- Improve service reliability and performance
- Prevent abuse and misuse
We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
3. Audio Recordings
Your uploaded recordings are used only for analysis.
- Recordings are temporarily stored for processing
- May be retained for up to 30 days for support or disputes
- Deleted after that period
We do not use recordings for training models or unrelated purposes.
4. Payments
Payments are processed securely via Stripe. We do not store payment details.
5. Data Sharing
We only share data with services necessary to operate RoomTuned, such as payment processing and hosting providers. We do not sell or rent your data.
6. Data Retention
- Results may be stored for access
- Audio retained temporarily (see section 3)
- Logs retained for operational purposes
7. Your Rights
You may request deletion of your data by contacting us.
8. Security
We take reasonable measures to protect your data, but no system is completely secure.
9. Changes
We may update this policy. Continued use of the service implies acceptance.
