2. Use of the Service

3. Payments

The service is a one-time paid analysis per submission. Payment is required before analysis begins. Payments are processed via Stripe.

4. Refunds

If the analysis cannot be completed due to a system error, you may contact support for assistance or a refund.

We do not guarantee refunds for issues caused by poor-quality or invalid recordings.

5. Results Disclaimer

While the system is designed to deliver practical and helpful guidance, the results are intended as general estimates rather than precise measurements. Outcomes may vary slightly depending on recording conditions and AI interpretation.

The insights and recommendations are meant to support typical acoustic improvements and should not be considered a substitute for professional, on-site acoustic evaluation where precise measurements are required.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RoomTuned is not liable for damages resulting from use of the service or reliance on its results.
